The both Highlands

Dear loyal reader,

How have you been? As a professional blogger (ahem..) *cough cough*, I am now back to update you with the things I've went through those past few days I'm absent from this site. The following are the things I've done. Please, reader, bear with me.

*90 degrees bow*

----------------------------------------

So I went back to my hometown Taiping to reunite with my friends that came back from UK and Singapore. CF and Snow, oh, how much we miss you.
PK and Eddy too, you guys rocks!!!

The first trip we went is to have our breakfast in Ipoh, the Dimsum restaurant that everyone is talking about, no, not Foh San but yes, that gigantic Dim Sum restaurant is located just the opposite of the restaurant we went that day which is equally famous...

The Ming Court Hong Kong Tim Sum restaurant

--------WuuuUuuulaaalaaaaa----------

Compare to Foh San's, Ming Court actually offers more tasty Dim Sums and foods to its customer than Foh San's. For me, Foh San is more of comfort than taste. (Btw, I've been to both, and when it is in peak timing, Foh San's service is just as bad as Ming Court)

We kind of went there bloody early in the morning (Woke up at 5am, ready at 6am, and depart at 7am)
Reached there around...
For more detailed review on Ming Court's restaurant, try this link from j2kfm.com

8am?? Not quite remember but ya, it was crazy but it was worth it ^^

The dim sum was nice, the price was right... My friends have it for free, because I'm paying it -,-
But I did promise, and for you guys only.
No more treating until next year lol!

Then, we moved to Cameron Highlands....
Damn, bad choice, it took too long and Cameron highlands is just plain boring, thank god I have you guys to joke around ^^

------------------------------------------

Basically my time in Taiping are spent eating famous foods and hanging out in cafes.
Laksa, New Prima, Taiping Sentral, and Pokok Assam roast pork are just some places/foods I've eaten. Hhmmmmm...

Surprisingly,
my aunt from KL came back to Taiping that same week and so I decided to join her so that she could drop me to Jeram when she return to KL.

And so, Jeram trip again.

-------------------------------------------

My Jeram friends are all super younger than me, (well not really)
my cousin brother Fliks yet again joined us for yumcha session with Xin, Tifanny, Pinkis and Beeboh...
Ahh~
visiting places at night with motor bikes in this haze-free wonder village is just cool and refreshing, especially with the company of you guys.

XOXO girls...

Yumcha, chatting and overnighting (betting... ahem...) has slowly becoming our routine when I'm back to Jeram.
Seems like I have to be back to make sure this 'tradition' to continue -,-
Thanks Xin and Fliks for the house ^^
If you are seeing this, I'm sponsoring beers and games in this coming December.
Just make sure you guys are free this time around -.-"

-------------------------------------------

Before I came back and able to be typing this entry, I was in Genting with Jeram friends and relatives.
Awwwhhh~
I feel warm swarming with your love and care. You guys are great, that makes me feels great too.

Great + Great = GREATNESS

Okay, I'm exaggerating here.
But you know what I mean.

No pictures for this as they must be sleeping by now after this exhausting trip.

same goes for me -.-

GOOD NIGHT

HAVE A NICE DREAM

Batu Caves trip with Kung and Vinu

hohohO! I'm lazy, Oh yes!

I'm procrastinating, Oh my...

But I still write blog like how I used to be.

This entry will be a bit different, as I will describe what happen that day by using pictures as the main tool in explaining.

----------------Let the pic story begins------------------

Thanks to our man Kung for inviting us for this trip, I have the opportunity to climb the stairs of Batu Caves temple. The 272 concrete steps look a bit scary at first considering it has been years since I last climb stairs =.="
but thank god it ain't as difficult as I thought.

Quin told me the day before to buy the flower thingy at the bottom of the caves in order to get blessing when I reach the top. Well, it won't harm me to try so I say why not?

After buying the things we need, we headed up the stairs...

15 minutes and we are there ^^

We got blessed twice inside the caves up there, saw an iguana along the way, and of course, who could miss the snake that was 'premiered' by the locals XD
Oh yes, Vinu loves snake (hahaha!) Chill bro! Gosh, I just realised we didn't took the picture of the snake T.T

Is a thing going up, going down is another different story...
No doubt it was easier to head down later as it is not as fatigue-demanded as going up, but looking down from 272 steps above isn't something nice either =.="
It is quite scary.

Finally we reached down and took a shot at the Murugan statue.

but what made my day was actually Kung's DSL camera ^^b
It was nice to hold a professional camera that day.
I took some shots with it. Huhu~

A white bird among the black birds
Love this picture so much ^^
---------------------------------------

Next destination, Kolam Panas Selayang.

At first we thought we can sink our feet in the pool, mana tahu, the notice there said "Don't put your feet into the pool." =.= I get it, I get it...

It feels great putting my feet in. Even though is freaking HOT!!!
Then I saw this old man putting half of his head into the hot pool...
It is ridiculous =.="
No wonder I saw some weird marks on his face...
May be it is the consequences of doing so.

------------------------------------------

Next we went to Templer's Park at Selayang.

It was very very spooky actually, very few people were at the swimming pool there, not to mention not many people tracking that place -.-"
But ya, we did have a good time there ^^b

Finally, it is time to go home, Kung brought us to buy one of the famous Burgers in town ^^
It so unique as it includes pineapple in the burgers between the patty and the bread. Ohyeaaaaah~

TILL THEN

HAVE A NICE DAY ^^

Klang trip with Vinu & Kung ^^

This was planned few weeks ago even before the exam started that we will venture to the unknown (sounds bombastic ya)
Klang, a place famous for their Bak Kut Teh (for pork devourers) and Chi Kut Teh (for pork haters)
Sadly, we are not going to have any famous Bak Kut Teh.
and we did try some famous Cendol there, too bad I forgot to take pictures of it T^T

But still, it was fun, especially the boat ride...
WuuUuuuuu~

-----------------------------------------------

It was something unusual for me to step on the the seashore again, I'm just so in love with the sea. The breezes, the vast ocean, the ships, the lives of the many residents here, it just brings calm to me.

Yeah.

So when I heard from Mr. V that there is this boat ride available for only RM 15, I quickly freaking persuade them to join me on the ride (hehe, more like 'threatening')
And of course, they join me despite Kung fear of sea (is okay, dude. we all have our phobias)

But before that, we went for a walk up to the stone that is situated near the shores.

"The road was treacherous, but we put up a will of a lion, shake away the tumbles of rocks that hinder our way. In the end, we succeed... in arriving to the stone."

~By King Leonidas IV

[Disclaimer: Quote above are for crapping purpose only.]

Ohya, and we arrive at the stone platform.
Viewing the sea from this angle really gives me a sense of satisfaction. The feeling is just soooooo nice.
---------------------------------------------

Next, the boat ride.
Ohyeaaaaah!!
Consider we are lucky to only pay RM10 for that ride. Even though this is not the same ride I got when I was in Redang Beach few years ago, but still, this is still one of the best ride as I can see the lives of others at sea.

We were on board the Playboy boat. Hahahaha! Seriously, the boat is named PLAYBOY 1.
Who came up with this ridiculous name anyway??? XD

AyEee, me captain iz here!!

Close up... Don't laugh ya!!

Ohyaaaaaaayyy!!
Feel great be on the sea again!
It was bloody awesome feeling the wave on my hands as I swung my hand down to touch the water.
The cool but warm sea just made my day^^

There are some fisherman at the sea too apart from the ships there. From what I heard from our 'captain', this place is full of ships that transferring petrol as their daily routine. Hmmm... it must be difficult for them then, be at the sea everyday just to make a living.

Here is a video I recorded that day.

TILL THEN

HAVE A NICE DAY ^^

Dinner @ William's

William @ Kelana Jaya, is the brother of ever famous Mamak restaurant Murni in ss2. They say apples from the same tree won't drop any further away from each other. Well, I'm afraid this apple dropped into the river.

They are so different from each other except for the food portion which is almost identical... HUGE portion again from William as from Murni too.

But their price, hmmm... is far greater.
William cost slightly higher than Murni. Brother mah, sure higher oneeeeee.

I've ordered this thing called Chicken Chop, sounds innocent right?
Well, the price isn't =.="
RM 15 bloody blood sucker, haihhh...
At first the waiter said RM 10, it turns out bloody RM 15.

It taste good nonetheless, but the price...
Haihh...

What makes it worse, Ken and Gary ordered Premium which is RM 18...
BUT with lots of variety of food in it!!!
See for yourself.

Inside this Premium, you have mashed potato, bacon, sausages with meat gravy, and a BIG PIECE OF ROAST DRUMSTICK!!
Damn worth it!!!! RM 18!!

Even Joy's Roti Ketam Hawaii looks better than mine =.="

Her Ketam Hawaii consist of real crab meat with eggs and chicken I think. Taste good IMO.

Very very unfair laa!!
RM 15 for a Chicken Chop isn't that worth it seeing Premium is such a good order than mine.
Next time must be clever in choosing.

--------------------------------------

After a series of plan changing, in the end we went for L4D again lol!
Bang bang,

"Louis stop shooting!!!!" "Boomer!!" "Graaaah!!" *Tank yelling* "Molotovs here"

AhhHhh~
Sounds of blissfulness XD

TILL THEN

HAVE A NICE DAY ^^

P.s.: Have been going out non-stop for the whole week... Exhausted =.=

罐头猫生日 09 Mont Kiara @ Schokolart

难吃到。。。要吐。。。

还有那个Soulmate(灵魂伴侣),名字倒好听,味道就。。。

TILL THEN

HAVE A NICE DAY ^^
