1987 RABBIT be warn!

March of 2009 is a bad period for 87 Rabbit... All my beloved friends do be careful!


Firstly - Laptop spoilt (struck by lightning)

Secondly - Internet connection gone (again, thanks to thundergod-.-")

Thirdly - Left 2 videos out today's presentation, i have to borrow laptop --> go to a restaurant & online --> convert the file --> and put it in my slides

Fourthly - Blackout at the place I've celebrated my birthday -.-"
TWICE!!

Fifth - Finish preparing the ingredient for Chili Onion Spaghetti only to find there are no gas in the tank

Sixth - pending...

Cafe Chulo @ Jaya One!! A spanish pub/restaurant!

Okay, I like Spanish stuff...
And I like everything that's have something to do with Spain...

Their culture, food, music etc.
They are my soul and life...
In fact, I plan to have a PR there...
Considering retiring and live my last day there with my wife...

So now you can imagine how much i adore Spain?


I breathe, I listen, i EAT Spain...
They are my life...


My Mom gotta kill me...

Well, mom... I'll only do that once your dead...
I mean, I won't kill you of course -.-"
I will just accompany and take care of you and dad until both of you pass away...

So, enough of intro...
Let's start my food review ^^


Chulo Spanish Restaurant & Tapas Bar
L-20-1, Block L, Jaya One
Sect 13/6, 46400 P.Jaya Selangor



This place serves Spanish food, and surely, I'm the 1st one to dash all the way there lo!!!



This is my maiden dine at a Spanish restaurant...
And man...
It didn't(really) fail me ^^



The place is deco in modern bar-like restaurant, frankly speaking, it doesn't reflects the side of Spain which I imagine.
They have 2 floors, the one that lead up to the balcony have a better view of the Palm Square and with a better PA system. Means better music!



Then, the majority of customers will be having their dinner and supper outdoors, so me, WM & her bf waited for KL because she has some problems.


and we wait...

and wait...





Haha! It sounds familiar right??





(Ok...ok... don't kill me KL)





Ok, so we delay the meet up...
But she came in the end...




SO let the tasting begins!!!!





WM ordered a fish dish which i think is called butter fish,
the taste was phenomenal!!





Seriously, that's the best dish I've tasted that day!


The fish taste heavenly juicy... I once thought the fish was being treated like a princess where they gave massage to it before they cook it...
If not, how can it taste so good with so many "juice"!!
I once thought the fish have some royal treatment before they died^^


Next, KL(the other KL, he is WM's boyfriend) ordered a chicken paella, which as 1st smells good, but later part I'll tell you how it taste.


Koon Leng ordered chuleta de cordero, a Spanish lamb chop. This is what i intro her after i browsed through all the blogs I've encountered with.


It taste okay, but doens't taste exquisite though...



So, finally, i chose Seafood Paella as my main course! And, the taste was exquisite at first... Taste plain later, and finally, i feel i have enough of it while trying my best to finish the last few bites.



Well, look on the bright site, the interior is nice.


FOOD REVIEW

TASTE: 8.5 marks (The butter fish was phenomenal... naf said)
ATMOSPHERE: 8.0 marks (The blue-black theme does well with the environment)
SERVICE: 9.0 marks (Not bad, the waiter was trying to clear my table even though i didn't finish it yet)
PRICE: 8.5 marks (Is a fine dining... What do you expect, right?)


POINTS: 85 %


CONCLUSION
I would go back and have my dinner there, it will be "next summer" rather than "coming soon"...

So, "coming soon" guys...

Fridge... fridge, where are you??








Darn! Just only i found out my landlord took the spoil fridge away...
While WE are all away...



WHAT THE FART ^^ ??????



Why I'm so furious you might ask...
But can't you see? All our supposedly cold/frozen food is not... well...



NOT COLD ANYMORE!!



I got...

1 bottle of chili sauce
1 bottle of sweet & sour sauce
1 bottle of salt
1 box of margarine
Some leftover raisin
5 cups of yogurt
2 piece of baking chocolate
Some onions, garlic & chilies
1 packet of Parmesan cheese
leftover spaghetti



Other groceries is "maintainable", but not the yogurt!!!!
Because the yogurt have millions of bacteria living inside, now the bacteria must be feeling a bit "piss off" and turning into bad guys now...
Imagine millions of JOKER inside the cuo of yogurt...
They will all be saying




WHY SOOOOOOOOO SERIOUS?????




Now I'm having a yogurt party here... try to finish it ASAP!
I'm actually having my 2nd cup of yogurt while I'm typing (T.T)




Landlord Tan, you better bring us a nice fridge soon...

Drama practise / Star Idol 2009 Part 2

Drama practice
Venue: PC 203
Time: 5pm
DATE: FORGOT...

Ok, as i were saying...

part one talks about how that guy bit me during our free training session...

The other day...

He actually PULL MY HAIR!!!

Oh gosh... It hurts like hell... and no... is not the hair that grows out of my head,
is the hair that grows on my legs...

that idiot actually do that while we are doing drama rehearsal...

STAR IDOL 2009

TIME: 6.30 pm
DATE: 25th Feb 2009

Finally, all the hard work have come to this...


The cries...

The pressure...

The laughter...

The hair that I lost...

The chunk of meat that I've lost...


Everything that we went through, have to be presented that day...
Oh gosh, this is my first time doing in front of the audience...
On a grand stage... When all the attention are on me...

Usually I'm the committee or one of the helper that will be laughing over the contestants, but this time...
It's me that will be on the stage being laugh at(if i suck)


风水轮流转。。。
这次转到我了。。。


Anyway...
Our performance started well,
ended well...
So it all ends well...

But the surprising thing is that my QUEEN come over to the competition!!!!

OH GOSH!

I've told her not to come but she did come over anyway!!
When i heard "Oh my! The legendary girlfriend is here..." from Orange...

My vision gone dark for a while as some1 covered my eyes with her cool palm...
No doubt, when i turn around, she's there...

My lovely beautiful girlfriend...
I really appreciate you come over, my dear...
^^


Enough of that...
Back to the competition...

The competition consist of 3 rounds


1st is the 1 minute intro video which is done according to the contestant's idea(but of course, the director have the last word)

Next is the stage drama performance where I act as a beggar...
And it didn't get as much "WoW!" and "Whoa!" from the audience...
But guess what...

I qualify myself to the Final 5!!


YAY!


Last round is an impromptu act with our special guest...

And i totally screw that up...
The landlord (special guess) come and collect the rent from me (I'm the lunatic teacher)...
I acted the lunatic part really good,


BUT!


I've forgot the "TEACHER" part...


-.-"



Just shoot me...
I only notice it when one of the judges pointing it out to me...
Embarrassing really...


I feel like jumping down to the Niagara Falls with the people i hate(so they won't burden the world)


Haihh...
So i didn't win...
but is okaay...
I learned a lot there...
and hopefully...
I will be a happier man after this competition...

Next entry i will feature some pictures I've took that day...
